There are many factors to consider when selecting the best outdoor aluminum bleacher solution for your facility. Our standard bleachers feature welded steel framework that is hot-dip galvanized after fabrication for a rugged, maintenance-free seating solution. Our aluminum seat and decking design will ensure a lower overall cost of ownership versus outdated wood plank systems which require exhaustive maintenance and ongoing replacement. Seat planks are nominal 2 x 10 anodized aluminum and floorboards are double, mill finished 2 x 10 aluminum. All units ship disassembled, please contact us for factory assembly options.
Many recent codes for aluminum bleacher seating require any opening more than 30" above the ground be small enough so that a 4" sphere cannot pass through. Our galvanized steel understructure bleacher series feature 1" x 6" mill finished riser planks from rows 2-5. These riser planks fill the space to meet the 4" sphere guidelines.
While sharing several similarities, there are some rather large differences between the code requirements in Canada and the United States with regards to outdoor bleacher seating.
Not all bleachers are created equal, and it is important to ensure your bleachers will meet or exceed all required building and safety codes.
Canadian buyers should be aware that some bleachers manufactured outside of Canada do not meet Canadian IBC code requirements and are subject to being condemned if inspected.

Bleacher Sleepers
When pouring a concrete pad is not an option for your installation, we recommend the use of our HDPE (high density polyethylene) sleeper system. These 2' x 6' recycled boards are easilyfastened to the underside of your stringer frame and provide better weight distribution when your bleacher is installed on turf or on a granular base. In addition to preventing shifting, the sleeper system will also help facility staff minimize damage to turf surfaces when moving the bleacher.

MULTI-TIER ANGLE FRAME BLEACHERS & GRANDSTANDS
Our aluminum bleachers are completely scalable in terms of length and row count. Our outdoor angle frame bleachers are typically offered up to 15 rows and can be more cost effective than a clear span I-beam structure. We offer a myriad of options in its angle frame grandstand line including: elevated systems, wheelchair accessible seating and ramps, video platforms, catwalks and press boxes. Below are just a few of the standard models that are pre-engineered and will meet the National Building Code (NBC).
